We (Nick & Rachel) live on site with our two small dogs, Ozzy and Nelly. Please be assured that we will always respect your privacy during your stay. We’re only a WhatsApp message away if you need anything at all — whether that’s a restaurant recommendation, a tube of toothpaste or some fresh towels.
The Essentials
High-speed Starlink internet is available in all gîtes and by the pool.
There is ample parking on site, as well as secure storage for bicycles.
There are four fast-charging points for electric vehicles in the château car park just up the road:

- 2 × Type 2 – 21.98 kW
We provide hand soap for your convenience. For other toiletries, please bring anything you may need.
There is a shared infinity pool measuring 13 × 7 metres, gently warmed by the summer sun. It is open from May to September.
There’s plenty of space to play at Au Coin des Arbres. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor table tennis table, football 5-a-side pitch and badminton nets — perfect for a little friendly competition or relaxed family fun.
Shops Near By
L’Épicerie Gourmande de Biron
Just at the foot of the château (a 4-minute drive or a 30-minute walk through the woods), this lovely shop sells fresh bread, croissants, local produce and wine. It’s also a coffee shop serving croque monsieur, cakes and other treats.
Villeréal
A 15-minute drive away, where you’ll find an Intermarché supermarket, butcher, bakery, cafés and restaurants.
Monpazier
Just 10 minutes away, with a small Spar supermarket, butcher, bakery, cafés and restaurants.
In Your Gîte
Gîte Equipment
Each gîte includes a coffee machine, airfryer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, hoover, and a hairdryer in each bathroom. You’ll also find books and games in the living areas. For outdoor cooking, each gîte has a charcoal Weber (or similar) barbecue.
Heating & Cooling
During the colder months, all bedrooms have electric radiators, and each gîte has a wood burner in the living area. We provide a small starter supply of logs. Fans are available in all bedrooms for warmer days.
Bed Linen & Towels
Duvets are provided in all bedrooms. For stays of two weeks or more, we offer fresh bedding midway through your stay. Pool towels are also provided.
Cleaning Products
We provide a starter pack including dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, detergents, bin bags, toilet paper and other cleaning essentials.
Young Children
To help you travel lighter, we can provide on request a travel cot (with separate mattress and sheet), a highchair, stair gates, and children’s cutlery, plates and bowls.
Good to Know
The property is available from 4:00 p.m. on your arrival day and until 10:00 a.m. on departure day.
We do not charge a cleaning fee. We would be very grateful if you could leave the gîte(s) clean and tidy on departure. For more information please refer to your rental agreement.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate dogs in our individually rented gîtes. If you have booked all four gîtes, dogs may be possible by prior agreement, provided everyone in your party is happy with it.
Smoking is not permitted on site.
